We offer targeted outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older, who are struggling with substance use issues and a co-occurring mental health diagnosis and do not require more intensive services, such as detoxification or residential treatment. This program is open to eligible residents of the following counties: Angelina, Hardin, Houston, Jasper, Jefferson, Nacogdoches, Newton, Orange, Polk, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto, Shelby, Trinity, and Tyler. We accept Medicaid, private insurance, and have additional funding through Texas Health and Human Services Commission to serve individuals without insurance coverage.
