Crisis Services

Spindletop Center provides an array of crisis services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help individuals experiencing a mental health emergency in our community. Anyone may call our crisis line to speak to a mental health professional immediately by calling 1-800-937-8097.

When needed, crisis line professionals can dispatch our Mobile Crisis Outreach Team to meet individuals in a crisis where they are in the community. If an individual is experiencing a mental health crisis during the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, they may also go to one of our mental health clinics for emergency crisis screening, assessment, and intervention.
